No, you do not need to have any prior knowledge about any of the material taught. We start from the beginning of how solar works right through to getting on a roof and installing a fully operational system. We have taught 90 year old retirees to High School students.
The class is taught at the International Centre at 6900 Airport Rd. We have been teaching at this facility for the past 10 years. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of parking; it is a very professional environment.

You will be taught all the relative knowledge to design and install solar powered systems. In Ontario there is no designated “Solar Installer” profession that is regulated.
